Essendex, specialists in customer contact solutions, based in Derby have been customers of Clean Slates for over 2 years. With a busy office in the centre of Pride Park, Office Manager Jaz Rai relies on Clean Slate to consistently deliver on their promises.
When asked about the cleaning contract Jaz commented, “Clean Slate really do a fantastic job, nothing is ever too much trouble for our contact Linda, she always replies to my questions and she visits the site about once a month to assess the cleaning standards for her herself.
Jaz was very happy with the cleaning contract but unfortunately a year into the contract, Essendex cancelled the cleaning contract with Clean Slate due to budget cuts and employed another local but cheaper cleaning company to take over Clean Slates duties. Although they promised to provide exactly the same service in their sales pitch as Clean Slate Jaz noticed a difference in the quality of service almost immediately “Clean Slate paid attention to detail and when the new contractor took over little things were missed, the building didn’t smell as fresh and we noticed dust was accumulating in places we’d not noticed before. On one occasion we were even left without toilet roll as it had been completely missed by the new supplier.”
