Operations Manager Helen Wisdom joined Clean Slate after being made redundant from the Derbyshire Building Society after 7 years. Her first role was in administration but soon moved into the role of Contract Management in 2006. Helen was responsible for the afternoon cleaning team and whilst delivering excellent cleaning standards she also delivered outstanding customer service and support to all her team.
In 2009 she moved into her current role, Operations Manager where she oversees the smooth running of the general cleaning and window cleaning team as well as deliveries. Helen’s role is to develop systems and processes so we can continue to deliver a seamless service to our customers as well as training, developing and supporting our 200+ cleaners.
When asked why she loves Clean Slate Helen commented “We’ve got such a unique service to offer customers as no other cleaning provider will offer the management we offer.
