Guaranteed standards

In the unlikely event that the overall standards of cleaning at the site are lower than the day that we quoted, you can claim. We will confirm the claim and a team will be arranged at your convenience to clean up the site free of charge and all cleaning carried out during that week will be free of charge.

If your site changes materially, this guarantee may no longer be appropriate.

Guaranteed reliability

In the unlikely event that we fail to complete a clean within 60 minutes of the time agreed, you can claim a missed clean.

We will need you to allow us to put our systems in place to ensure we can meet our guarantee. It won’t apply if you cause the missed clean – for example if we can’t access your premises using our normal procedures.

We’ll leave without penalty

Should you wish to cancel the service, we will work to whatever termination date you provide. All we ask is that if you give notice to cancel you consider that an adequate amount of time is given to ensure all legal obligations under TUPE are complied with.

To be fair to us both….

The right to claim under our guarantees shall only apply if the latest payment to us was made on or before the date that it was due to be paid.
