Clean Slate is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Gap Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 Regulations 2017.

The Data for Clean Slate at the snapshot date of 5 April 2022 is:

  • The upper hourly pay quartile is made up of 75.0% women and 25.0% men
  • The upper middle hourly pay quartile is made up of 73.4% women and 26.6% men
  • The lower middle hourly pay quartile is made up of 87.5% women 12.5% men
  • The lower hourly pay quartile is made up of 87.5% women and 12.5% men
  • The gender pay gap using hourly pay is 2.0% median, and 2.7% mean
  • 0% of men and 0% of women received bonus pay.

The office for National Statistics states the gender pay gap across the UK for 2020 as 14.9%.
